HACC-24 Pre-Event Workshop – Google’s Generative AI

Join us for this in person Generative AI Workshop presented by Google for Governments

This workshop explores Gemini’s capabilities for image analysis, prompt design, and conversation generation. Additionally, it covers prompt engineering techniques in Vertex AI Studio to refine AI-generated outputs, and the use of Jupyter Notebooks to modify and test generative AI code implementations.

Instructors:

Sandeep V. Togrikar, Customer Engineer
20+ years of experience in all things Data, Analytics & Machine Learning. Last 3+ years at Google as a Customer Engineer specializing in Data & ML.  Prior to Google, I worked at Intel for ~15 years and led the Supply Chain Analytics transformation.

Daniel Liu, Head of Customer Engineering
Daniel Liu is the Head of Customer Engineering for Google Public Sector West. His team is helping state and local governments develop and implement compelling technical and functional strategies.  Daniel is a trusted advisor for the state of Hawaii developed many projects including Hawaii Safe Travel Application, Climate Resilient and Safety Analytics. A published author, a recognized database expert and a frequent speaker at various global IT conferences, and many state and local government sponsored technology events including Hawaii HACC,  Hawaii TRUE, Hawaii Public Radio, and LA County Women in Technologies.
