Project Management Fundamentals

This workshop explores some of the fundamentals of project management, including project planning,
execution, etc. Additionally, it covers the basics of a project which consists of the following elements:
project charter, scope, plan, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and communication strategy. The
workshop will also highlight some of the benefits of effective project management such as change
management and resources optimization.
