Important Dates to Remember

These are key dates that department staff need to be aware of to participate in the HACC:

  • Week of October 13 – Zoom Reverse Pitch Rehearsals (you will be contacted to schedule a convenient session to make sure everything working on your system for event)
  • October 13 – Summaries posted to HACC website for participants
  • October 16 – Revere Pitch presentation (PDF or PPT) submitted by end of business day
  • October 18, 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. – HACC Kick Off – organization pitch presentations in the morning, talk story sessions with teams in afternoon. Location: Virtual – Zoom Meeting
  • October 25, 11:15 a.m. to 12:15 a.m. – HACC Interim workshop. Meet with interested teams to answer questions and provide guidance. Location: Virtual – Zoom Meeting
  • November 22, 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. – HACC Judging & Presentation Day and Post Event Meet & Greet – Challenge authors and staff invited, judging by independent panel. Location: In Person, Location – UH West Oahu

HACC Events will be virtual on Zoom, links and details will be provided.  The presentation day is in person, at UH West Oahu
